When your smile is not beautiful due to improper or bad occlusion you can solve the problem by doing Full Mouth Oral Rehabilitation.

The causes of improper or bad occlusion come from many reason such as patients with long term Bruxism without any treatment may shorten the lower face height. Especially in the Bruxism case that have lost their posterior teeth will impair and rapidly shorten the anterior teeth. Or in the case that patients have improper restoration after the patients have lost their last teeth that support their original lower face height and restore back to the wrong lower face height. This will let dentists can not restore back the beautiful smile and may be result in uneven occlusal plane, inefficiency masticatory system and lead to Temporary mandibular joint and masticatory system disorder. For other reasons such as the case that have generalized congenital enamel hypoplasia or generalized tooth decays can be reconstruct by doing Full Mouth Oral Rehabilitation

Full Mouth Oral Rehabilitation is a complicate dental treatment which need experienced dentist to do such treatment. With our experienced dentist we have confidence to give you a gentle efficiency treatment and restore back your natural beautiful smile and function.

Procedure

Step 1

On first appointment our dentist will do oral examination and Panoramic Xray, take impression for study model, record Bite Registration and take Digital Photo and Clip. These information will let our dentist make Treatment planning for the patients.

Step 2

Next appointment is for Patients Consultation about the Treatment Planning of the patients which have to have full mouth restoration. Which restoration have to be made for the patients, how can we solve the Occlusion of the patients, how can we restore back the natural beautiful smile will be discussed. If the patients accepts the treatment planning, we will prepare for the Temporary Restoration which is use to test for the esthetic and function before we go to the Final Restoration.

Step 3

Most of the Temporary Restoration in Full Mouth Oral Rehabilitation is Full mouth temporary crown. In the case that we have to increase the lower face height may be we can do just a Raise Bite Removable Prosthesis which have teeth substitution on the area that the patients have lost some teeth. Our dentists will design which prosthesis is suitable for each patients. Then make another appointment for mouth preparation to get the designed Temporary Restoration.

Step 4

This appointment is for mouth preparation and do the designed Temporary Restoration. On this appointment we always make appointment for only 1 patients a day to prepare all the teeth which will take much time to do it. But with our experience we will get the best result with a fast gentle and efficiency treatment to make patients comfortable during the treatment. After finish this appointment the patients will have the Temporary Restoration to use and test for function and esthetic until everything is ok before restoring Final Restoration.

Step 5

When patients has used Temporary Restoration until satisfy for the function and esthetic, we will make appointment to take impression for the Final Restoration.

Step 6

On appointment for inserting Final Restoration. Final Restoration can be imitate or improve from the Temporary Restoration. We will gather all the information from the Temporary to improve function and esthetic to the final one. Then temporary cement the Final Restoration to let the patients use it for a while until the next appointment for testing the restoration.

Step 7

After patients have used the Final Restoration until no any problem. Then we will make appointment for Permanent Cementation and complete case
