Now we cannot separate which one is the implant or natural teeth when that implant is finely restored by a expert cosmetic dentist. To restored in a wide area we are expert in tooth arrangement. Procedure

Step 1

Make appointment with dentist to make treatment planning which consist of intra oral examination, Still and Clip digital Image and Panoramic Xray. Take impression for Study Model. Dentist will use all this information to make Treatment planning for the cosmetic implant for the patients.

Step 2

Consult with patients about the treatment planning, how many implants use, have to do bone graft or not, have to do sinus lift or not or in the special technic case like all -on-4 explain the detail of the technic. If the patients accept the treatment planning, we will make a surgical stent, a appliance use to guide the position of the implant as planned, then make appointment for surgical stage of implant. In some case that have very less bone may be we have to do block bone graft and wait about 3-6 month before doing surgical stage of implant.

Step 3

Recheck and stitches off. We have to wait for bone osseointegration (implant fix to the bone) for about 2 month. Then let patients come back for permanent restoration on implant.

Step 4

Take impression to record the position of implant to the working model. Bite registration. Then all the work will send to the dental lab to build permanent restoration on implant.

Step 5

Try in permanent restoration on to the implant, check occlusion and esthetic. Let patients use for awhile until patients can use the restoration without any problem and esthetic. Then permanent cementation will be made and complete case
