Now Orthodontics treatment is very popular. Every teenager in a developing country want to have orthodontic treatment not just for the function but also for the Esthetic outcome. We are specialize in damon system, the system that have a special bracket to effectively move teeth but with the less force, result in no painful and effectively move the teeth. When to people have malposition of teeth ,Crooked teeth, wrong relation of teeth etc. They can move teeth back to and good esthetic and function position. Our experience dentist will treating and guiding you to a beautiful smile.

Procedure

Step 1

At PMDC we provide 2 systems of cosmetic orthodontic for the patients. One is Damon system which is low friction metal bracket and the another is Invisalign system which is a set of clear removable appliance that have to be change until all the teeth have move to the planned position

Step 2

Damon system begin with appointment with our dentist to consult about your orthodontic treatment. Our dentist will take digital photo, take impression and take Panoramic and Cephalometric xray. We will gather all this information to make Treatment planing for next visit

Step 3

Our dentist will consult about your orthodontic treatment plan. If you accept the treatment plan, we will make appointment to come back for fix the Damon bracket in to your mouth to begin the treatment and will periodic adjust your bracket every 6-8 weeks until your teeth move to the planned position which will take about1-2 year to finish the treatment.

Step 4

After we have move your teeth to the planned position. Our dentist will remove the Damon bracket. Take impression for retainer which is a removable appliance to keep your arranged teeth in place not to move back to their old position. Retainer will be use until our dentist has confirmed that your teeth will not move more then you can off you retainer and complete case.

Step 5

Invisalign system begin with appointment with our dentist to consult about your orthodontic treatment. Our dentist will take digital photo, take impression and take Panoramic and Cephalometric xray. We will gather all this information to make Treatment planing for next visit

Step 6

Our dentist will consult about your orthodontic treatment plan. If you accept the treatment plan, we will take impression with special impression material and special tray from Invisalign. We will send them to Invisalign Inc. at America to build set of removable Invisalign appliance. Our dentist will plan to do the removable appliance but the process of doing the appliance will be done by Invisalign. We will make appointment for the patients to come back to see the detail of the treatment again after we receive the information back. If the patients accept our dentist will confirm the plan and start building the appliance. We will make appointment for the patients to come back for receiving the Invisalign set of appliance after we have received it. Our dentist will periodic recall the patients to check for the treatment result until your teeth move to the planed position. Then the treatment will be complete.
